It is important for executors to be able to show that they have used due diligence in making returns to the Capital Taxes Office and we also offer a secure storage facility for safekeeping for removable valuables. The basis of valuations is an assessment of market value and as auctioneers who are constantly in the market place we are ideally equipped to prepare such valuations.
